Summary

Executive and board member with a career at the intersection of technology, digital infrastructure, strategy and governance. I have worked in high-criticality environments: network operations, cybersecurity, data centers, telecommunications, product development, strategic planning, investor relations, risk management and corporate governance. At Telebras I took part in the SGDC satellite, the Brazil–Europe submarine cable and the 2014 FIFA World Cup infrastructure; later I led the company’s first Business Plan, the 2025–2030 Strategic Plan, the Economic and Financial Sustainability Plan and capital increases exceeding BRL 2 billion. On boards of directors and fiscal councils in the financial and energy sectors I have dealt with strategy, risk, investments, executive compensation, privatization and divestments.
